I have seen NetMap results and found them very instructive. I do suspect
that the linkages shown are partly the result of the organization and the
specific people in any box. Change any of the current contents or linkages
and the NetMap will also change!

So the value of NetMap is in dealing with the current structure rather
than changing the organization?
