I read your mailing on being totally responsible. Although I'm not
equipped to answer your queries about Learning-Org and how your
concepts fit (just reading 5th Discipline Fieldbook now), I would like
to respond to your posting.

I agree with you everyone needs to be more responsible for their
actions.

My questions to you are:

How do we get people to take that responsiblity?

What can we do to help people invest in themselves and take
personal responsibility for their actions?

Why would people stop blaming and start reacting more positively?

How will we get them to accept and own every negative emotion? It's
a painful process to take ownership of a death you've just caused, or
pain you've just inflicted. Human beings shy away from being hurt.
Its easier to disown these negative things.
