We've struggled *a lot* with "customer focus." I'm not sure what you mean
by "infrastructure," but what about organizational culture, or information
systems, customer satisfaction surveys, etc. Lots of ways to go.
(BTW, I work in a physical plant organization).
Glad to see other physical plant folks talking here! I thought I was the
only one.
