Again, I am in heartfelt agreement with Joan:

for others."
This question of being supportive, caring, and respectful on a day-to-day basis
is very hard work. It is no less important for being hard. It is not a
sometime task, it is all the time. Being out there visibly doing this work is
the most important aspect of the job. DOING is the essence. what you do
day-to-day is your vision-in-action. This is the vision that others will
remember, not the one you profess in speeches.
This is deeply connected to Terri's comments about being care-givers as opposed
to wealth-builders.
