It may be that the process we should be concerning ourselves with is the process
about selecting and continuously refining the process of achieving the outcomes.
This meta-process may be the key to making desired outcomes into reality.
On a somewhat separate but related note, outcomes that do not include values
will never grab the hearts and attention of employees or customers, probably.
Values should always be built in.
