Here is a shot at "Empowered":
1. Clear on the agreed upon, mutually determined goal/result.
2. Clear on (and in agreement with) any guidelines/rules that need to be
followed to achieve the goal/result.
3. Free to achieve the goal/create the result in anyway(within the
guidelines).
4. Free to ask for help along the way.
5. Agreed upon follow-up system.
