I am an independent consultant focused on improvement methods, tools and
technologies in the Canadian health care system. My interests related to
learning-org are in the application of systems thinking methods and tools
in creating sustainable improvements. Currently wondering if anyone on the
list has experience modelling human resource systems (variables:
productivity, job satisfaction, quality of work life, career mobility,
quality of care (service), efficiency, layoffs, job security, stress and
burnout... etc.).
