Barry wrote about the team he was a part of ' How to Complete Employee
Performance Appraisals. '

He went on to list some definitions and criteria. In ligt of another
posting about CEO and education meeting, I'd hope that this concept can
find its way in to the education community. My sense that having not only
teachers, but students, administrators and parents jointly working toward
your #5 performance rating would help our schools take some significant
leaps in learning and rates of learning.

Maybe a slight rewrite to emphasize learning and sharing of learnings and
what one does once one makes those rare mistakes (learning cycle).....
