The concept of virtual teams is one that my colleagues and I have
discussed but not experienced. I'd love to hear more about your team(Con
Kenny or any one else's) so I can begin to understand how a group of this
nature starts up, do the teams do any initial face to face team building,
are there any special manners of communication used, is there anattempt to
gain a formal joint vision and mission or is it handed to you, are the
participants committed and how does all of this impact collaboration? I
think that that the idea is well worth a 'very thick thread'.
