Local Learning Groups LO3014

I am trying to form a group of company owners and CEO's here in San
Antonio, Texas who will meet regularly for the purpose of discussing LO
concepts. I've heard these kinds of groups referred to as "learning
communities". Does anyone have any information that you might share with
me regarding a group like this? I am especially interested in mission
statements, meeting agendas, mistakes to avoid, etc. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thank you.
