There is a report I can recommend from the University of Warwick which
reviews the learning org area.

Alan Jones and Chris Hendry (1992). The Learning Organization: A Review of
Literature and Practice.

The report is available from the Centre For Corporate Strategy and Change,
Warwick Business School, University of Warwick, Coventry CV4 7AL.
Tel: 0203 523523.

As the original request came from Sweden, I can also tell that the Swedish
Work Environment Fund (Arbetsmilj=F6fonden) has a research program on
Learning at Work. A project description (in english) is available from the
Swedish Work Environment Fund (Arbetsmilj=F6fonden) at tel: +46 8 791 03 00
or fax: +46 8 791 85 90.

The report has article no. 64 19 462 and order no. 62 62 08 78.
