There are a few articles by Peter Senge that might qualify. One is the piece
in Sloan Management Review ca. 1990 whose title escapes me but which poses
building a LO as the business challenge of the future. Another that comes to
mind is a speech at AQP ca. '92. He also gave a paper at a systems thinking
conference in that same time frame (90-92) which I remember impressing me very
deeply when I read it. Can someone help with the exact references?
