Scott Caldwell wrote to ask for advice on how to revitalize the work culture
in an organization of 3500 people. Scott, you said that you are familiar with
the L-O literature, so at the risk of telling you what you already know,
Marjorie Parker's "Creating Shared Vision" is worth a look. The book is a
description of her efforts to help a large company division (an aluminum
concern I believe) to define a new vision for itself. She discusses running
workshops for a very large percentage of the employees, including people at
all levels.
