July 13: 15 chicks, 10 fledged, 1 nest (plus 2 nests at Sandy Point)
July 29: 19 chicks fledged! And 6 more not fledged yet.
October 14: plover lovers' picnic

2001 total: 26 chicks fledged at the refuge! With 13 pairs that's replacement rate - very good news! (numbers thanks to Jean Adams) (August 24, 2001)
