the big snow

It snowed again last night and was still snowing when I got up this morning: big, wet flakes that stick to the trees. I looked out the window of our house and exclaimed "oh, my god!" That brought Miru out of her room to say she was surprised too. There must have been 3 or 4 inches on the ground already when I walked to the dining hall for breakfast. I followed Zsolt's footprints/crutch prints in the snow. The whole world looked white.

It just kept snowing. Such a wet, white day.

I didn't take any pictures of today's storm. I just didn't have the same excitement about snow that I did yesterday for that tiny little amount of snow. Gee, I'm so glad I rushed out to photograph yesterday's snowfall - like I was never gonna see snow again. Sigh. I had that trapped by a blizzard dream again last night.
