communal living

It's 11:22 PM and the Russian Parking Space Blockers are singing under my window in Russian. Earlier when I was on the phone with Nancy she heard a motorcycle drive by up here and realized I had the window open. She asked if she was about to hear the Russian Speaking Dog. I told her they're having a cookout and I can smell the meat grilling but the dog isn't out there. She joked that I'd hear him at 2:00 AM. I have no intention of being awake at 2:00 AM whether the Russian Speaking Dog is barking, speaking, or singing in Russian or any other language. Why are they having a cookout at 11:00 at night? How are they keeping the dog inside when they're all out there singing and grilling steaks? Aren't they afraid he'll rush the door?

Who is Bruce Chen and why is he pitching against the pinstripe-wearing devils from New York instead of Pedro Martinez?
