the shallow trough shown here as well as small ponds. It flowers prolifically
and is a creamy yellow. |
This pygmy 'Rubra' water lily recently bloomed in one of our
home ponds. Small enough to grow in even a small container, this hardy pygmy
requires full sun (six hours a day). It flowers a beautiful pink to red. |

''Chrysantha' is a hardy peach colored, small changeable water lily. |
'N.B. Rubra' is a vivid red, semi-dwarf hardy water lily. |

Dorothy Lamour' is a semi-dwarf hardy water lily which often
holds its blooms above the water like a tropical. It flowers a creamy-white
with a yellow center. |
Dwarf tropical water lily 'Colorata' is wisteria blue and delightfully
fragrant. It is an excellent size for tubs and small ponds. But, bring it
inside before first frost. (It flowered nearly continuously for a long period
in the winter in a 10 gallon aquarium with a grow light and a heater.) |
