Wake up. It's 1947, and time to make the donuts. Malcolm "discovered" this place right across the street from the Drop Shop. Look: isn't that Edward Hopper fishing grease bombs out of the fryolator for Jim Thompson? This place had the most spectacularly yummy donuts--the perfect 4am bedtime snack...nobody woke up hungry.
