Title: Burn To Shine, Vol 1
Subtitle: Washington DC 01.14.2004
Format: Video compilation
Medium: DVD
Director: Christoph Green
Producer: Brendan Canty
Distributor: Trixie DVD
ID Number: TRX 001
Date Recorded: 14 Jan 2004
Release Date: 20 Jan 2005
Time: 34:25
Notes: Quoting from the liner notes on the back cover:

This film was shot in 9 hours on one day, January
14, 2004 in the living room of an empty freezing
cold house that was soon to be burned to the
ground. The bands played one song each, without
an audience, performing for the cameras alone.
The sound is live, without overdubs or pre-
recording and the performances are uniquely vital
and intimate. It's an abstract snapshot of a
musical community on a particular day in a place
			  that no longer exists.
			  -Brendan Canty 9/21/04

Info posted to punknews.org 25 Nov 2005 by "adam":

The Tripwire is reporting that Fugazi drummer
Brendan Canty has created a DVD series to help
promote notable rock bands from various cities.
The series will be titled Burn To Shine, and will
feature a selection of artists from different city
on each release. Each band involved will perform
one song, but the location of the taping must be
an empty house that faces imminent destruction.

Canty explained to Billboard, "I thought it would
be great to catch these bands doing whatever they
were doing on that day. I said, 'just show up and
do whatever you're interested in right now.'
Using a house that was going to be destroyed
basically marks it in time forever."

The first DVD [...] will feature Ted Leo, Ian
Mackaye's new band The Evens, and former Husker
Du frontman Bob Mould. Other cities slated for
tapings include Chicago, Portland, New York and
			  San Diego.

Title: 7 Nights In The Entry
Format: Concert documentary
Medium: Film
Distributor:
Producer: Harder-Fuller
ID Number:
Date Recorded: Sep 1981
Release Date: Aug 2007
Time:
Notes: At long last a legitimate release of the video shot
at 7th St Entry in Sep 1981. Additional details in
this Peter Scholtes City Pages article, from which
			the following is excerpted:

Today, Fuller views his latest labor of love,
7 Nights in the Entry, with boyish absorption.
			  The documentary, which premieres Wednesday,
August 22, at the Riverview Theater as part
of Sound Unseen, is even more bracing than
his 2006 rock salvage job, First Avenue Hay
Day--which was culled from some 800
videotapes shot at First Avenue between 1985
and 1992 and shelved in the club's basement.
7 Nights began as news-quality video shot in
September 1981 on various cameras in the 7th
St. Entry and edited on the fly by Twin/Tone
Records owner Paul Stark, who manually switched
between cameras in a van parked outside the
club. Fuller hopes the unknown videographers
will attend and get their due credit. "It's
going to be cool," he says, "because people
will come out of the woodwork."

No home video release as of Nov 2007.
