I have to vote for most car commercials. Worst of all are the ones for local dealerships.
You're kidding! I think local car commercials are great! There's something about their cheesiness and awful effects (of course, most of the ones I've seen are for NH dealerships which are really low budget). Among my favorites is one for a dealership with two locations. The owner of one tosses a set of keys to the other owner and we can watch the keys' journey from (I believe) Manchester to Concord.
In a related vein, one of my favorite commercials was for EBAs (Everything But Anchovies <- not true. They did have anchovies.) a Hanover, NH pizza place. The very first thing every Dartmouth student learned upon coming to Hanover was EBA's number (643-6135). Anyway, they had a commercial in which they tossed a pizza out the door and it spun like a frisbee down Main St., past the Dartmouth Bookstore and other landmarks and into a student's dorm room. Sadly, they stopped airing it after my freshman year. Mind you, half of the novelty came from being able to recognize the Hanover scenery.
