Tiramisu in Brussels

Definitely four flags! The restaurant is a little bit of Italy in Brussels. The chef prepares the meals in an open kitchen. I enjoyed the pasta entrees. Being a vegetarian, I didn't try the meat dishes.

The tiramisu deserves at least two flags. The tiramisu was tasty but the layers were too flat. This tiramisu just didn't have the "ahhhhh" feeling that it could have had. A little light on the espresso and the rum. Try the zabglione instead. Perfetto!
