The Purdue University Computing Center (PUCC) provides instructional and research computing services, multimedia integration, and data networking to all departments on the West Lafayette campus.
Purdue University Computing Center provides a variety of computing services to meet the instructional and research needs of faculty, staff, and students. PUCC can provide such services by calling on a range of systems which include microcomputers through supercomputers. Host systems are linked through the Purdue Data Network to other university computing networks and several national and global networks. PUCC provides computing training and support for all members of the University community, as well as maintaining and providing the computing facilities. (Hopper, 1993)
