Julie,
The difference between transformation and transition:
I will start with something I read from Krishnamurti many years ago, he
said about change, "true change is instantaneous." While transition is
to me less radical; more a walk across the bridge to find yourself in a
connected land but nonetheless a new place.

A part of me hopes that true transformation leaves me so different, I can
hardly recognize myself. Transition seems more closely linked to rational
change while transformation carries a positive ring of everchanging
sounds.
