Hi,

Off the top of my head.
1. Get them thinking of great teams they know about or have experienced
(eg. football teams, hockey teams etc.) then get them to consider how
they make their own teams like this.
2. @What is missing from their current team?'
3. Make something. Like an airplane, ship using limited materials that
they have to gather from around the office/training centre. Do not
provide anything they have to get them. THen go around and ask the people
they got the materials from how they were treated, asked etc. It gives a
valuable source of feedback and the exercise examines a number of
characteristics.

Hope these help
