I am interested in your definition of "Lean Management" and "Lean
Organizations" We are implementing "Lean Manufacturing" here at Boeing
where methods such as Kanban are being implemented to reduce inventory
stores, and etc. What does "Lean" mean anyway? Can "Lean Manufacturing"
be implemented in the absence of "Lean Management?"
