LO in the Armed Services LO12894

As word about Learning Organizations spreads, more and more of our
members from the public sector/government are interested in what they
can do to start the journey.

I'm looking for particular examples of work being done around learning
organizations in the armed services, in the U.S. and elsewhere. If
you know of any, I'd like to hear about them.
