Seven Change Models - pick your own favorite change analogy.
1. Lobsters change by molting when they outgrow their own skin.
2. The mother changes the baby when it cries (unless you have one of those
babies who just sit in it quietly and smile, in which case the mother changes
the baby when the mother can no longer stand the smell!)
3. The pond changes to ice when the outside temperature drops below a
precise point.
4. The leaves change to humus through natural decay.
5. The coat of the Arctic Fox changes from brown to white each winter in
response to the seasonal requirements of the environment.
6. Even the strongest mountains change, but it is hard to tell just by
looking at them from a distance.
7. Old dogs never change, but you can't teach them tricks either my training
friend.
