hi my name is jo clarke and i'm an od consultant and trainer in Perth
Australia. I have been working with teams for quite some time and condcut
training programs in train the trainer fields. my interest in learning
organisations has been growing for some time (mostly because i'd like to
see some here!!) I'd like some advice regarding activities to use to
facilitate a group attempting to surface mental models. Does anybody have
any great ideas or proven activities to promote dialogues? thanks looking
