I am the partner in charge of the "training/learning" line of business of
Expert Systems Resources Inc. (ESR). ESR is a canadian computer and
telecommunications firm operating in Ontario for more than ten years.

I joined this group because one of the strategic line of services we are
bringing to the market has to do with Organizational Learning and
Knowledge Management. My background in philosophy, studies in education
from my undergraduate to my doctorate education, and more than ten years
of experience in the field of learning have provided me with some insights
I would want to share. I also have provably more questions than answers,
so I would want to benefit from the wealth of accumulated knowledge of the
membership.
