Some people perceive inner circles, and some do not. the perception has
as much to do with ourselves as individuals as it does with the forum
itself. This is not to say that a perception is entirely a self-created
delusion. If you perceive it then it is.

Therefore I still think the original question is valid. Assuming someone
feels that they are not part of the inner circle, and further assuming
that they wish to be, then how do they influence events to become part of
the inner circle? Do they work on themselves? Do they work on their
comunications? Do they work on their listening? Do they work on
something else?
