Dear listmembers.

One of my clients has asked me to do an inquiry on Development centers in
the context of LO disciplines.

I am looking for :
- models and examples of 'best practice''
- features and benefits (other then known from assessment centers).
- papers and books, ( I have read Lee & Beard's book: 'development centers,
realizing the potential of your employees', and Ballantyne & Povah's:
'assessment and development centers' and some dutch stuff)

I am especially interested in information about the effect from
development centers on attitudes and measurable performances.

Any information is welcomed gladly.
