Clyde's question about organizational artistry is not out in the "left
field" at all. I attended a seminar with Jean Houston about 15 months ago
in Alexandria, VA where she talked only about this concept throughout the
three days. Basically, it is recognizing the conceptual framework of the
organization and determining how to brings its various aspects into focus
for different situations. She talks about the "entalachy" (sp) of the
individual within the organization and its impact on performance.

I'm glad to see it brought up here. May be it could be a new thread.
