Replying to LO11872 --

Debra Kosemetzky asked:

Is there a way to create INTENTIONAL learning processes. It seems to me
that right now, people in organizations are being called on to be fast
learners, and it's not that comfortable for them.

===end of question===

Debra, it seems to me they are a variety of learning processes, more than
any one of is aware of. Many are built around the five disciplines of a
Learning Organization (Senge) and are included in The Fifth Discipline
Fieldbook.

A related question that I continue to wrestle with is:

Where is the entry point for learning and learning organization concepts,
processes, and structures within the current organization? Where do you
see the entry point at your organization?
