I especially appreciate Tim Clark's contribution. He makes mention of
Rick Karash's LO definition, a portion of which reads:

"...people are continually expanding their capability to produce the
results that they really want to create."

With Rick's larger sentence in mind, for me a shorthand for this sentence
would read: "People are continually improving."

And that ties LO to continuous improvement as a form of outlook or
philosophy of working in an organization. Continuous improvement, for me,
uses great work of TQ practitioners.

What a dance!
