Technology that impacts hundred might be controlled, but technology that
influences or allows changes for thousands and millions moves beyond the
control of any one person or group of people. Witness the computer and
the communication possibilities. If millions truly grasped and had free
rein of the capabilities, the impact will change the world.

I placed an Athabascan friend on a Pentium for an unlimited Internet time,
(his first time) and he remained speechless for hours. I wonder what the
world would look like if everyone had free rein and positive instruction
without limits of time and money.

I don't want to ramble.
