I joined the list a couple of weeks ago and have enjoyed many of the
discussions I have read thus far. I decided it was time to introduce my
self and start participating in some of the discussions.
I first heard about this list from Ben Compton. Ben and I both work
together at Novell, trying to push them from the "TQM" model to that of a
learning organization. I guess you have learn to crawl before you walk :)
My background is in Information Management. I have jumped back and forth
between technical and project management roles over the last several
years. Lately, I have become very interested in the concept of LOs and
what they promise to do for business and society.
I hope I can contribute in some way to the great learning and
communication that occurs on this list.
