POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT
OB/OD/HR

Peabody College of Vanderbilt University invites applicants for a position
in Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, or Human Resources
at the associate or full professor level. This position will begin in the
1997-98 academic year. We are especially interested in candidates with
interests in the study and application of behavioral science research to
aspects of training and learning in business settings, including the use
of new technology. Responsibilities include providing intellectual
leadership to an innovative graduate program, maintaining an active
research program, establishing and maintaining cooperative relationships
with corporate partners, and graduate and undergraduate teaching.
Applicants should have an earned doctorate in a relevant area and evidence
of exemplary published research and teaching.

Applicants should send a letter of interest, a curriculum vitae, a sample
of research papers or publications, and a list of three references to:
Robert Innes, Chair, Organizational Search Committee, Box 67, Peabody
College of Vanderbilt University, Nashville TN, 37203. The review of
applications begins immediately and continues until the position is
filled.
