Perhaps. Somehow in my mind I envision each little hierarchy providing
something I call 'leadership' and 'ownership' -- which includes passion,
intensity, belief, and vision -- in its sphere. I think of them as being
responsible in a very positive and constructive sense for making something
specific happen.
