Ben, I think this is a nice idea, but only a part of the truth. It is not
enough that the information enters the organization, it must go to the
place where it is useful, where it will drive the necessary decision.

Of course, a bird must go out of the nest to bring a worm to its children,
but it is also necessary to cut the worm in small pieces and put it in the
little birds' mouths!

We need to balance bringing information from the outside with moving it
inside to the place of decision.
