I'd say that It's more a relation like conventional toys to
modelling-clay. (because with Lego you can only create square cars,
planes, etc, that easily de-fragmentate. IMHO this is a mechanistic view.
With modelling-clay you are really free to modell whatever you want to
modell after your own imagination. But it also requires much more
imagination abillities, inspiration and both crafty hands and sensitive
fingers. And you have to keep the clay wet and smooth. Once it's dried out
you can't shape it anymore). This is more an organic metaphor. Doesn't
this appeal more to Organizational Learning?
