Replying to LO11235 --

The Native American Indians communicated with Music, Dance and Song. Even
though Western Civilization attempted to wipe out their cultures,
fortunately for us they have survived. There is a great deal to learn
from the Native Americans regarding systems thinking.

Western Civilization, confined in its structure, which systems thinking
helps us to realize and change, depends soley on the 5 senses. American
Indians and Eastern philosophies use other senses that we are not intuned
to but can learn to be with some of the techniques of meditation and or
the dances performed by the native Americans. Certainly there are other
ways to communicate than merely words. We should be grateful for that.
