This has been an interesting thread.
I need some help. I'm preparing a speech to a group of German
businesspeople on the connection between organizational learning and
business growth. I'm sure at some point the discussions will turn to
consider the role of unions and Germany's system of co-determination.
Does anyone know of instances of LO concepts being applied in Germany in
situations involving labor and management?
I, and maybe others following this topic, would be very interested in
hearing something about these.
