Replying to LO10858 --

Thank you At de Lange for you excellent review of my "testimony." I'm
always looking for ways to convert the tacit knowledge of my experience
to more explicit "org learning" language. I often worry I get too
spiritual or personal in this forum, but it is very hard to separate.

>Simple to Complex
>Closed to Open
>Linear to Nonlinear
>Reversible to Irreversible

The SCLR to CONI paradigm shift is a very powerful, yet an ellusive
concept. I'm still trying to "Intellectually play" with my metanoic
experiences. Here is an amazing metaphor I just read and was amazed how
similar it was to my two dreams! Let those who have ears hear. I "heard"
this paradigm shift in The Tale of Two Birds.

I will keep this post very short (If you can believe that!) and let the
following speak for itself. It is from "God in All Worlds: An Anthology
of Contemporary Spiritual Writing" Edited by Lucinda Vardey. It
absolutely amazed me!

A Tale of Two Birds

Two birds of golden plumage sat on the same tree. The one above, serene,
majestic, immersed in his own glory; the one below restless and eating the
fruits of the tree, now sweet, now bitter. Once he ate an exceptionally
bitter fruit, then he paused and looked up at the majestic bird above; but
he soon forgot about the other bird and went on eating the fruits of the
tree as before. Again he ate a bitter fruit, and this time he hopped up a
few boughs nearer to the bird at the top. This happened many times until
at last the lower bird came to the place of the upper bird and lost
himself. He found all at once that there had never been two birds, but
that he was all the time that upper bird, serene, majestic, and immersed
in his own glory.

Have a Great Adventure!
