One of the challenges organizations are going through is often there
is more than one scenario that could be the outcome in the short term.
The changes in the marketplace and the customers, and the success of
new initiatives makes it difficult for organizations to know
themselves solid, reliable information, and even more difficult to
share that information. About the best you can do is give the various
scenarios (best/worst) that are foreseen from today.

Sharing the various scenarios is better than most organizations 'Don't
Tell' approach. From personal experience, people react more positively
and more in control of themselves and their future when they have
information.
