Replying to LO10814 Change Communication Methods, Alison Glover wrote
responded to Pamela's reference to "The Prelude" by Steven Bright. The
reference was made to another message regarding other ways to effect
change in organizations.
I would appreciate a fuller description of Steven Bright's work as I am
interested in unusual ways for people to integrate change into their
culture. I have been having trouble finding the book and don't know if I
want to purchase it until I hear more.
Can anyone give me a fuller description of the book and its method of
transfering knowledge of Quality Management and quality tools? I am
working on a program that is quite unusual and want to see what has
already been done.
