Ben Compton's post regarding Dilbert and wanting to change corporations
from the inside is well-advised. A caution from one who's been there:
don't stay too long in the wrong spot. Every term, 2 or 3 of my MBA
students have the wisdom to really consider their situation and quit their
jobs. Just as we can be "moved to speak" in community building circles,
we need to tune in to when we are "moved to move" -- out of corporate
pathologies with doubtful prognoses.
