Mike, I like your thinking. Would I be correct in saying that your
approach makes change "invisible," because it's integrated in the
dialogue (and thus the work life of the employees)?

Over the last few months I've seen a lot of "change," which employees
are ardently resisting. From my observation, I've concluded that the
reason the change is being resisted is because it was "pushed," instead
of "integrated" into their work life.
