I was particularly provoked by the concept of Cassandra Effect. It is
difficult to keep your readings and predictions to oneself. In India for
eg. some premonitions and predictions are not shared. Genuine
practitioners of astrology and numerology do not for example share their
predictions on time of death etc. This is somewhat similar to the movie '
Back to the future'. Knowledge of the future could adversely affect the
present.

Coming back to your comments on Cassandra, it maybe useful to curtail the
impulse to share all this advance knowldge at the same time . One
could, like the Buddhist saints, wait for the right frame of mind and
development before sharing their knowledge. There is always the
possibility that the right time would never come.

Over the years through experience and self exploration, I have realised
that many of the reasons I wanted others to accept what I said was to
reaffirm my self worth. The acceptance of what is said is more likely when
there is a genuine need to help the others. This motive needs to be
examined .

So if you think the organisation is say heading for disaster and you are
one of the few to notice this, one could ask the following questions : Is
it possible to avert this disaster( eg: death is inevitable.) Is the
organisation in a frame of mind to absorb this info? If not, what can be
done individually or collectively to first change this frame?

The answers could provide some guideline. Unfortunately I do not have live
experience in this area. If any LO member has real life examples, I would
be grateful if they could share it . It would be very enlightening.
