Rol,
I never talk about CREATING change. I do engage people in dialogue about
what is changing (around us) and its implications. I do engage with the
nature of change in the world.
I also talk about the nature of a world of "becoming" which is a world of
change. This is a world where change is a matter of being rather than
something to do.
What I focus on as useful, powerful and natural - when it comes to
something that we do - is learn, develop, create new knowledge, adapt,
etc.
