I would be interested in receiving the names and addresses of consulting
firms who have faciltated organizations in their efforts to change and
redesign their core compensation systems (classification, pay and
performance management) to reflect the values of learning (individual and
team), flexibility in job structures and assignments, self-managed work
teams and quality. Please e-mail privately with any information. Current
staff resources prevent us from doing this project completely in-house.
We have a two-year time frame within which to work and we are getting
ready to send out RFPs. Thanks in advance for your help.
